“And the Children Shall Lead......."
COVID19 did not stop a special group of 9 children seeking to become leaders, entrepreneurs, CEO's and nonprofit execs. Game Changers Academy was created to provide a structured environment for young people seeking to change the world. Each week, each child are learning to develop a business plan. They are responsible for oral presentations, conducting an economic analysis, research, scanning the competitive environment, justifying the sustainability of their model, marketing, social media, budgeting, and developing an executive summary. The ages range from 7 to 11. They are from the Northern Suburbs, Chicago and the East Coast. Isn't that fantastic? One of the kids is developing a nonprofit model because he has a heart to resource the homeless. We have chefs, gamers, slime developers for therapeutic and sensory use. We have jewelry makers, school supplies created out of rubber bands. The list goes on and on.
Please stay tune for their exhibition events. They are working hard to make their dreams come true.
Game Changers Academy Graduation - October 18, 2020 - 5:00 P.M.
Game Changers Academy Business Showcase - October 24, 2020 (Zoom/FaceBook Live)
Game Changers Academy 2nd Business Showcase - December 6, 2020 (Zoom/Facebook Live)
Please keep them in prayer as they continue to build their business and nonprofit models!

Terrance Wallace & The InZone Project
New Partnership - July 2020
LFCF is excited to welcome our new partnership with Terrance Wallace from the InZone Project. Terrance Wallace co-created the Scan One Device which tracks and monitors student attendance and student locations. This Chicago native was called Auckland, New Zealand to build a nonprofit school for at risk kids. He coparented 50 kids from marginal communities. The success stories are endless. God called Terrance back to Chicago to continue his work with under-resourced kids from Chicago by placing them in a resource rich community such as Barrington to receive the best education, have access to the best resources and given a chance to succeed. Terrance's boys will attend Junior High and High School in the Barrington Community. He's also a special guest on the #FridayNightChats. Welcome Terrance.
