 Community Partnerships

The Red Cross donated sleeping Cots to the church and foundation. Because of the Red Cross, we were able to bless the Rockford Rescue Mission, New Life Covenant Church, and Parkway Garden Church in Chicago. Not only that, in association with the Red Cross, but the Buddist TZU Chi Foundation also donated 300 Blankets and 1000 NK95 Masks. These community partnerships are collaborating to bless the Homeless Missions and Compassion Ministries. Thank you to all the organizations for your love, passion, and care for humanity.

Thank you, Rebecca Hughley, Pastor Hughley, and the Step It Up Ministry at 1st Baptist Church in Elgin, Il. for donating 100 pairs of Tennis Shoes to the Trinity Baptist Community Compassion Center. TBCC serves McHenry County and surrounding areas with clothes and footwear donations. The Compassion Center partners with Harvest Baptist, Crystal Lake (Food Pantry), The Salvation Army, and Savers providing Food and Clothing to the Community. Serving Christ, Church, and Community…. Thank You, Lord, for allowing us the privilege to serve others for Your Glory. God is good.

Thank you, Home Depot for committing your resources, time, and efforts to build shelves in the Compassion Center.  Because of you, we have extra space to house more clothing, shoes, and additional materials donated to meet the community's needs.

Game Changers Academy

“And the Children Shall Lead......."

COVID19 did not stop a special group of 9 children seeking to become leaders, entrepreneurs, CEO, and nonprofit execs.  Game Changers Academy was created to provide a structured environment for young people seeking to change the world.  Each week, each child are learning to develop a business plan. They are responsible for oral presentations, conducting economic analysis, and research, scanning the competitive environment, justifying the sustainability of their model, marketing, social media, budgeting, and developing an executive summary. The ages range from 7 to 11. They are from the Northern Suburbs, Chicago, and the East Coast.  Isn't that fantastic?   One of the kids in developing a nonprofit model because he has a heart to resource the homeless.  We have chefs, gamers, and slime developers for therapeutic and sensory use. We have jewelry makers, and school supplies created out of rubber bands. The list goes on and on.

Please stay tuned for their exhibition events. They are working hard to make their dreams come true.

Game Changers Academy Graduation

Please keep them in prayer as they continue to build their business and nonprofit models!
